LATE POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We try our best to make sure appointments run on time so if you are running late please call us ASAP to let us know at (213) 905-0165. 

We reserve the right to pass on your appointment time to a waiting walk- in client if you are late for your appointment and we do not hear from you prior to the start of your scheduled time.

A 5-7 minute grace period is normally allowed and we apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may possible cause.
